SENIOR ENGINEER / EXECUTIVE (Quality, Safety & Health)

Reponsibilities:-
To ensure effective implementation of sustainable management system which conforms to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
To ensure proper compliance to all relevant Safety & Health legislations and regulations
To ensure implementation of Continual Improvement Programs for the Company
To ensure continuous uninterrupted safe potable and quality water supply to the public
To ensure that the water supplied to consumers meets the WHO standards
To ensure all operations in the Company is related to quality of product and services
To ensure that all business activities of the Company are conducted in place with Safety & Health practices and in compliance to all proper accepted standards
To develop and maintain effective institutional relationships with relevant external organizations, government agencies, industries and others
To ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:-
Candidate must possess a recognized Degree by MQA (Malaysian Qualifications Agency) in any Engineering discipline, preferably in Civil Engineering
Preference will be given to those holding a valid registration with DOSH as a registered SHO (Safety & Health Officer)
At least 5 years related working experience in Environmental and Safety & Health, preferably Senior Engineer/ Executive specializing in Environmental/ Safety/ Health or equivalent
Strong knowledge on management system requirements and standards
Good understanding & knowledge on requirements in Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental
Familiar with water works system i.e water treatment process and water reticulation system
Computer literate with MS Office Suite
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team members
Tenacity to face challenges until complete and satisfactory resolutions of issues
Able to interact with all levels of people
Proactive and always strive for continuous improvement

TECHNICIAN (Quality, Safety & Health)

Requirements:-
Possess minimum Certificate in technical field (approved by MQA)
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Literate in Microsoft Office
Possess own transport for traveling
Good understanding & knowledge on requirements in Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental
Willing to work on high-rise building
Able to work independently with minimum supervision

TECHNICIAN (Facilities)

Requirements:-
Certificate / Diploma in Building Survey / Building Services Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent (approved by MQA)
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
Experience in building services maintenance works is an added advantage
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision

IT SUPPORT OFFICER

Requirements:-
Diploma in Computer Science and/or any relevant field with minimum 1-year full time experience in the field of programming (approved by MQA)
Knowledge in Java or VB.net programming language will be an advantage
Basic analytical skill
Able to work with minimum supervision
Able to analyze, diagnose and resolve simple programming problems
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Flexibility and adaptability to challenging environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
